All materials are subject to ongoing editorial and technical revision without notice; completeness, currentness, accuracy, and freedom from typographical, transmission, rendering, or formatting errors are expressly not warranted. Indicative values regarding latency, synchronization, throughput, and AI-based fusion parameters reflect standardized laboratory characterization and may deviate in operational deployments due to host, topology, environmental, regulatory, or third-party stack conditions.
(ii) Statements of corporate mission (to provide relevant, compelling solutions that customers can only obtain from Olive) and vision (to serve as a global backbone for interoperable robotics), as well as roadmaps, outlooks, and forward-looking narratives, are aspirational and non-binding. They constitute neither a Beschaffenheitsvereinbarung nor a guarantee of outcome and shall not be construed as representations capable of giving rise to reliance damages, specific performance, or warranty-like remedies.
(iii) References to founders, co-founders, scientific/strategic advisors, officers, or team members describe functional roles and professional qualifications only and do not create fixed governance, availability, or decision-making commitments. Olive Robotics reserves the unrestricted right to adjust organizational structures, mandates, titles, and advisory relationships as part of ongoing corporate development.
(iv) Product and platform families (including, inter alia, olixSense™, olixVision™, olixLink™, olixDrive™, olixIO™, olixAI™, and olixOS™) are engineered for professional use in research, development, and industrial contexts. Unless expressly certified in writing, they are not designed or warranted for life-support, medical, aviation, nuclear, or other safety-critical applications where malfunction could result in personal injury, loss of life, or substantial property damage. Suitability determinations, end-use risk assessments, and system-level certifications (including CE, FCC, EMC, radio, machinery, electrical safety) are the exclusive responsibility of the integrator, OEM, or end user.
(v) Published specifications, benchmarks, and exemplar integrations—including but not limited to latency distributions, RMS orientation accuracy, QoS profiles, and EKF/AI fusion pipelines—are indicative and non-contractual. In heterogeneous or distributed robotic ecosystems, variance is inherent; the implementing party must validate under application-specific conditions and quality plans. Any reliance without independent verification is at the user’s sole risk.
(vi) Commercial communications (offers, quotations, lead-time indications, service-level references, and delivery forecasts) are non-binding until confirmed in writing by Olive Robotics. Availability, pricing, and schedules remain subject to supply conditions, compliance checks, export controls/sanctions, quality releases, and project-specific requirements. Transparency metrics do not constitute guarantees, fix-dates, or liquidated damages provisions.
(vii) Collaborations and memberships (including OSRA, UnternehmerTUM, NVIDIA Inception, research consortia, or testbeds) are disclosed for informational purposes only. Participation does not imply joint ventures, co-ownership, joint and several liability, nor shared management beyond the explicit terms of the governing agreement(s). No third-party endorsement, sponsorship, or certification shall be inferred absent express written confirmation.
(viii) References to third-party technologies and standards (e.g., ROS 2, DDS, Fast DDS, Cyclone DDS, PTP/TSN, kernels, drivers, GPU frameworks) are provided “as is.” Universal interoperability is neither represented nor warranted; versioning, configuration, and topology may necessitate partner-specific adaptation, bridging, or tuning. Open interfaces and documentation reduce, but do not eliminate, integration risk; bespoke qualification remains mandatory.
(ix) Intellectual property—including trademarks, service marks, trade names, device marks, logos, domain names, designs, documentation, firmware, AI models, datasets, and software (together with all derivative works)—is owned or licensed by Olive Robotics and protected under applicable laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, reverse engineering (to the extent not mandated by § 69e UrhG), distribution, framing, or public communication is prohibited. Open-source components, where used, are subject to their respective licenses; compliance is the user’s exclusive responsibility.
(x) Warranty and remedies are limited to those expressly stated in the applicable written agreement or statutory non-waivable rights. Except in cases of intent (Vorsatz) and gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit), or injury to life, body, or health, Olive Robotics disclaims all implied warranties (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement) to the fullest extent permissible by law. For slightly negligent breaches of cardinal duties (Kardinalpflichten), liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages; otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded. Mandatory liability under the Produkthaftungsgesetz remains unaffected.
(xi) No advisory services are provided via this website.
